All appointments are for 50 minutes and can be in person or via telehealth. Please contact us for the current fee schedule. You will be billed at the end of each session through a secure online system.

You may be eligible for Medicare rebates if you speak to your GP about a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). The Medicare rebate is currently $96.65 for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year (with a GP review after session 6).

If you are experiencing a chronic health condition for more than 6 months, you may be eligible for a Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP). The Medicare rebate under this system is currently $60.35 for up to 5 sessions per calendar year (may be used across different allied health professionals). The focus of these sessions with this type of referral is on management of the chronic health condition. Please note that First Nations Australians are eligible for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Alternatively, if you have private health insurance with extras, you may be eligible for rebates - please enquire with your health fund about the level of cover.

Cancellation fees apply:

• If appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged for 50% of the full fee

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours, will be charged the full fee

• Please note that Medicare rebates are not applicable for cancellation fees
